This course will be a mixture of lecture, discussion, and mindful games that are ideal for elementary school age kids. Participants get 10 CEUs or credit towards becoming a 95 hour certified kids yoga teachers. No experience in yoga or meditation is necessary, but a willingness to try new things and have fun is required.
